When will my order be shipped?

I want to return an item
All our items are subject to rigorous quality control before shipment. However, if a manufacturing defect is found or if the product was damaged during delivery, contact us and we will send you a new package.
For your return request to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, and you must retain the original packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
